Snezhana Rudakova-Tibbals, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Well, hello there!!

I am delighted that you have found this page! :) My name is Snezhana, and I am the owner of Therapy Beta (my Wholistic Physical Therapy Practice) and of Dr. Snezhana’s Herbal Apothecary (launching in 2026!). With both of these businesses, my goal is to inspire, educate, and help people flourish naturally.

I am a Wholistic Physical Therapist, and an Herbalist in training. Through Therapy Beta, I help DISCIPLINED and COMMITTED people recover from injury through specific rehabilitation exercises and movements, as well as through diet and lifestyle changes. If you are not willing to make diet and lifestyle changes as part of your healing process, then I am probably not going to be the Physical Therapist for you. The healing journey requires time, mental fortitude and intentional effort from both the practitioner, and especially the patient.

In my private practice, I strive to use an all-encompassing and completely natural approach to get to the root cause of my patients' injuries. I do not believe in simply putting a band-aid on a patient’s symptoms.

Unfortunately, I regularly witness surgery being over prescribed, and thus my goal is to guide each patient towards healing without the need for it as much as possible. I have witnessed significant harm caused by pharmaceutical drugs, and thus my mission is to educate each patient regarding the healing and medicinal properties of herbs, mushrooms, nourishing foods, and other various forms of natural medicine.

I treat a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular injuries, with a specialty in treating rock climbing related injuries. (But you don’t have to be a rock climber to work with me!) I have been climbing since 2009, and treating patients since 2016. I offer both in person appointments as well as Telehealth appointments.

Joyful Testimonial

Patient’s Injury: A complex SLAP tear in her right shoulder that occurred during a strenuous gaston lock-off. (She was able to heal with NO surgery!)

Age during Physical Therapy Treatment: 16-17 years young

“I loved working with Snow on my physical therapy journey! Well, I didn’t love being injured, but I’m glad to have worked through my injury with her. She brought such positive energy and expertise to our sessions. I really appreciated her understanding of climbing and am forever grateful for how she got me back on the wall! Would get injured again, 10/10.”

Annika (former climbing athlete for Team Lonestar of Canyons Rock Climbing Gym)
